Book Study For Summer 2024

Meeting in the Chapel of St. Francis just off to the east side of the nave/sanctuary inside St. Luke's, 4011 Major Ave, Madison, WI
(come in the main entrance off of Major Ave or through the back door next to the parking lot)

Some of us met the author of this book at a Theology on Tap last fall. Local pastor and author Daniel Cooperrider has given us a wonderful book for us to see God's revelation in God's first book for us, the creation around us. Over the summer we are going to dive in to how God is revealed to us through the world around us, and how the writings of Holy Scripture leverage the natural world to draw us into a deeper understanding of God.

There will be two gatherings each week.

• Mondays @ 7:00 pm facilitated by Jonah Heiser 
• Wednesdays @ Noon facilitated by Don+

Both groups will meet at St Luke's. The Monday evening group may elect at their first gathering to find a little more chill location.

Both groups will gather together for a final special prayer service in the wild. The date for that gathering is yet to be determined.

The book can easily be purchased anywhere books are sold.

This book study begins the week of July 7-11.

Week of July 15-19: Rivers
Week of July 22-26: Mountains
Week of July 29-August 2: Trees
Week of August 5-9: Clouds + Epilogue(No Monday Gathering)
Week of August 12-16: Clouds + Epilogue (No Wednesday Gathering)
