Tuesday Evenings & Wednesday Mornings - Summer 2024
We hope you will join us under the tent for free yoga this summer, as it returns starting June 4th!
What and When
This summer there will be two offerings:
- Tuesdays @ 5:15pm - Gentle Flow Class
- Wednesdays @ 10am - Yin Yoga (think meditation and deep stretching)
