We are delighted that you are considering joining us to decorate your gingerbread house on Saturday, December 9th at St. Luke's Episcopal Church (4011 Major Ave, Madison). We'll start at 1PM and wrap up by 4PM. Register here.
What to bring... 1. Cookie pieces for your gingerbread house. Store-bought is easiest, but we have a recipe & shapes linked below if you are interested in a homemade version. 2. A 10x15in piece of sturdy cardboard covered in aluminum foil - this will be the base of your house. 3. Any sort of candy you want to use & share! We will supply... 1. Icing* & a bag to dispense it (don't bother with the icing that comes in the store-bought kits - ours will work much better!). 2. Assistance in assembling your house, if needed. 3. A donated gingerbread house, if needed**.
*Please note, icing is made with egg whites. **If you need a donated gingerbread house, please let us know that in your registration.
