Want to start a garden? Intimidated by costs, know-how, or other worries? We're here to help.
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Madison is excited to share a new outreach and creation care ministry that seeks to increase our neighbors’ access to creating a garden. Through Jump Start Neighborhood Gardens our church community will provide neighbors and local community members with key resources needed to jump start a garden of their choosing. These include:
Kick-Off & Connect - April 22nd
Our first gathering, our Kick-Off & Connect event, will be held on Monday, April 22nd (Earth Day!) where we will gather at 7pm when we will gather in the Parish Hall of St. Luke's (4011 Major Ave, Madison, WI). Just enter through the red doors! Bring your questions, hopes, and visions!
We believe gardens, food, & community are all part of God's creation. God cares, so we do, too.
