Afternoon of Reflection - Saturday, January 10, 2026
The Board of Women from Lake Edge Lutheran Church are inviting all Women from St. Luke's Episcopal to an "Afternoon of Reflection" on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 1:30 pm in our Good Shepherd Hall at Lake Edge Lutheran Church. Pastor Merit Lee will be our presenter and the title will be "Tending Grief through Accompaniment" based on the story of Naomi and Ruth. (Living with loss). Pastor Lee will engage us with her presentation and dealing with different situations. Refreshments and beverages will follow for an afternoon of new friendships and new connections. You will be on your way home shortly after 3:30 pm.
Please join us. Women of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church have been invited as well as the Women from Solid Rock Baptist Church with whom we share our building. We will need the final count by December 15, 2025.
Previously, we used to have this event in December during Advent, but with many activities in December, our Board decided to move this activity to Epiphany-the season of "awakening".
